Hannah earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Western University and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario.
Throughout her university years, Hannah was actively involved in the dance community, choreographing for the dance team and seeing her dancers grow and refine their skills each semester. This hands-on experience not only deepened her appreciation for the artistry of dance but also gave her a keen understanding of the crucial role posture and body alignment play in both performance and injury prevention. Her focus on perfecting posture, balance, and alignment in dance has translated seamlessly into her work as a physiotherapist, particularly in treating postural-related injuries, whether correcting poor alignment from repetitive movement or addressing imbalances caused by overuse.
As a physiotherapist, Hannah is passionate about addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Hannah’s treatment plans focus on a combination of education, manual therapy, exercise, and modalities. Her goal is to empower clients to regain strength, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries while achieving greater body awareness and alignment.
Originally from Ontario, Hannah recently relocated to Vancouver and is always eager to hear recommendations for great restaurants, weekend getaways, and local adventures. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active by working out, refining her dance skills, playing volleyball, camping, and skiing with friends and family.

Justin Shing, B. Kin, MPT, received a degree in Kinesiology in 2012 from Simon Fraser University. After this, he worked as a kinesiologist and created programs that targeted musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders. In 2017, he received his Master of Physiotherapy degree in Australia, at the University of Sydney. There, he worked at a rapid-paced sports physiotherapy clinic and a rehabilitation hospital. Consequently, he gained extensive experience working with other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons, rheumatologists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.
Over the past seven years that Justin has been practicing physiotherapy, his patients have included many with sports-related injuries and motor vehicle injuries. He has also rehabilitated post-surgical patients and helped people with chronic back and neck pain reach their recovery goals.
Justin believes that each patient is unique and needs their care customized to their individual needs. He carefully assesses patients to determine the appropriate treatment plan for them, involving his expertise with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling (IMS), and other modalities. After your initial visit with him, you shall better understand your injury and how physiotherapy will help you get back to the activities most important to you.
Some of Justin’s favourite activities are volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and strength training. Due to leading such an active lifestyle, he has over the years suffered many injuries himself. He knows from experience how effective physiotherapy can be in terms of recovery as well as preventing future injuries.
Unrelated to physiotherapy, Justin particularly enjoys scouring the Lower Mainland for good coffee.

The ultimate goal is to correct the underlying problem rather than treating just the symptoms. Robertson has extensive experience with sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy. He also has experience with treating TMJ (jaw) disorders, chronic headaches, and vestibular problems.
